1. Accston Computer Group recognises that online privacy is very important. To this end, our website does not collect any personally identifiable information automatically. Nor is this information available to us whilst you are browsing the site. If you choose to submit such information at any time, as a result of completing an online form within the site, or sending an e-mail etc., your e-mail address will be kept securely and will not be made available to anyone else except as required by law. All information is collected, stored and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

2.      Computers and any other devices in our care for repair, upgrade etc. are treated by us as your confidential property. To this end, we do not invade your privacy by looking at any data held on such devices, except as may be necessary to effect the service a client is purchasing from us. In the event of data recovery, all data recovered is treat confidentially and will not be made available to any third party except as required by law.

3.      Accston Computer Group do not sell, publish or otherwise disseminate e-mail address lists to any third party. We may occasionally use details you supply to notify you of special offers, discounts or other information which we feel may be of interest to you including information from our related businesses. Any such correspondence will be kept to a minimum and will not usually occur more than once per month.

4.       If we contact you or you choose to subscribe to any mailing list etc. from within the site, you shall at all times have the right to cancel your subscription and to receive no further mailings from us. All such requests will be dealt with as soon as is practicably possible. Any mailing, which we do send to you, will have full details (or a link to such details) of how to cancel your subscription at the end of the document.

5.       You can ask to see a copy of any information we hold about you by sending us a letter requesting this. A fee of £15.00 is payable to cover the administration and P&P costs for this service. Any such request will not be dealt with until cleared payment of the required fee has been received. We endeavour to ensure that any information we hold is as up to date as possible, but if there are any inaccuracies, we will amend or delete this as soon as possible once you let us know.
